Effective May 16, 2026 · Enterns Enterprise LLC ("Enterns", "we", "us") — Enterns Auto BDC Platform

Enterns Enterprise LLC operates the Enterns Auto BDC platform, a software service that automotive dealerships use to manage inbound and outbound customer communications (voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and email). When you provide your phone number or email to a participating dealership ("Dealer Client"), the Dealer Client uses our platform to communicate with you. This policy describes how Enterns handles your information in that context.

1. Information We Process on Behalf of Dealer Clients

• Name and contact info (phone number, email)
• Vehicle of interest and trade-in vehicle details (year/make/model)
• Appointment date and time you select
• Call recordings and transcripts for quality, training, and compliance purposes
• Conversation history with the Dealer Client

2. How This Information Is Used

• To respond to your inquiry with the Dealer Client, schedule a test drive, and follow up about vehicles you asked about
• To send SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and email communications from the Dealer Client
• To improve platform performance, accuracy, and safety

Each Dealer Client identifies itself in messages and is responsible for the content of communications it directs to you. Enterns acts as the processor.

3. SMS Messaging Disclosure

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information you share with us via SMS is used only for the conversation in which it was provided, between you and the Dealer Client. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.

4. Subprocessors

We share information only with infrastructure vendors that help deliver the service, all under contracts that prohibit them from using your information for their own marketing:

• Twilio (telephony, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Deepgram (speech-to-text)
• Anthropic / OpenRouter (AI-assisted call handling)
• ElevenLabs (text-to-speech)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Amazon Web Services / Hostinger (compute and storage)

We do not sell your information.

5. Your Choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Opt out of email via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Request deletion of your information by emailing privacy@enterns.com or by contacting the Dealer Client directly.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete it unless a Dealer Client transaction or service relationship requires longer retention.

7. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Effective" date above will change when we do.
